Client: Girls Who Code at the University of Virginia
Role: Designer
In addition to assisting with brand research and strategy, I worked with a team of designers to establish a brand unique to UVA using the national GWC brand manual; we created a color palette, logo, and art direction based on the national brand. I assisted with designing their website on Figma which the members of GWC then coded and was responsible for building the brand toolkit and brand manual, also designed in Figma.

Girls Who Code is a non-profit organization with multiple collegiate chapters, or "loops," supporting women in STEM by equipping them with tools and resources to succeed. With a national brand identity already in place, we decided to create a brand identity specific to the UVA "loop".
